Kinzie manages social platforms that connect Paula Deen to her fans each day, with a Facebook following that she has grown to 4.7 million people. She launched the Instagram account when she joined the team, boosting the following to more than half a million.

Kinzie also spearheaded the Paula Deen YouTube channel strategy & implementation, which became a major focus for the company in 2020 and beyond. She oversees the editing of the videos, optimizes the video copy & keywords, and partnered with the Creative Director to bring the Paula Deen brand to life on the channel. These efforts have helped her to multiply the subscriber base 10 times over—from 50,000 subscribers to more than 550,000.

In addition to managing the social media and digital presence of the main Paula Deen brand, she also oversees the branded content put out by her partner brands, including her restaurants, attractions, and retail stores. It is Kinzie’s responsibility to ensure that the brand integrity is maintained across social and web.

By implementing an aggressive video strategy, Kinzie has grown the YouTube subscriber count ten-fold since 2020.

Paula’s social media channels have seen tremendous growth in terms of followers and ad revenue under Kinzie’s direction.

It is Kinzie’s responsibility to ensure Paula’s product & service partners maintain brand standards across their digital marketing efforts.
